I love apricots and this year we have an apricot "sea". I have already prepared 10 cans in this way, tomorrow I will continue. I love this method of harvesting apricots, there is almost no waste, everything is simple and fast. Try to make such apricot juice without any special tools. You only need a saucepan and a colander (sieve).

Well I wash the apricots and take out the bone. For this recipe, a volunteer is also suitable. The net weight of pitted apricots should be 1 kilogram.
I put the apricots in a saucepan and fill them with cold, clean water - one liter, one hundred milliliters. Here is the ratio. For convenience, I took such a weight of food, if you cook a lot, then increase it proportionally.
I must say right away that I prepare this juice without sugar. Personally, sweetness is enough for me, but I recommend you add 100-150 grams of sugar for every kilogram of apricots. Already look to your liking.
If you cook with sugar, add it now.
I put it on the stove and bring it to a boil. Once the apricots have boiled, I turn down the heat and cook for about 15 minutes. The apricots will become soft and the skin will come off easily. Turn it off.
I rub the apricots through a colander, and filter the remaining liquid.
I pour the juice into a saucepan and put it on the stove. I bring it to a boil again, cook for one minute, turn it off.
I pour the juice into sterilized jars.
Such juice can be drunk immediately (as it cools), it is not necessary to harvest it exclusively for the winter. Delicious, bright, aromatic! Do not compare with the store.
