The simplest, fastest, very tasty, universal preparation of sweet pepper for the winter without vinegar, without sterilization. I have not met any easier!
Already and "lying" pepper, which is a little "wilted", will do. All the same it will turn out very tasty. If you have not tried such a blank yet, I highly recommend it.

For starters, my pepper is good.
I cut the pepper into small pieces. Like these ones:
I put it in a saucepan. The net weight of the pepper should be two kilograms.
I add one heaped teaspoon of salt and mix. I put on fire, cover with a lid and bring to a boil.
Note:it is better to take rock salt.
I add 40 milliliters of water to the pepper.
The note!If your pepper is very juicy and has already "given" liquid, then you do not need to add water.
Reduce heat to low and cook for 20 minutes under the lid.
The pepper has already become soft, and I interrupt it with a hand blender in mashed potatoes.
Here is such a beautiful, bright pepper puree:
I put it on the fire again, cover the lid and cook for another 10-15 minutes.
My note: if you initially grind the raw pepper with a blender or meat grinder, then the taste of the workpiece is slightly different and the workpiece itself turns out to be more liquid. This is my observation. Therefore, I first cook and then grind the pepper.
I pour the workpiece into sterilized hot jars and tighten with hot lids. I sterilize jars in the oven - very convenient and quick.
I turn the cans over, cover them with a towel and leave them until they cool completely. Then I put it away for storage.
I always keep all the blanks in the cellar, but my friends say that it is perfectly stored in the apartment.
Where do I use this template?
I add to borscht, soup - it turns out very fragrant.
I add to the meat.
As a pizza sauce. I add spices, it turns out very aromatic.
In a salad as a dressing (a little).
A lot of places :) I can't remember right away.
By the way, it's delicious even with bread!
