A very interesting, original, delicious recipe for cooking fish! Pretty much any fish will work for this recipe. You will delight all your loved ones with such a fish. I cook this baked fish for the festive table. She has never stayed after a feast... Well, it looks so interesting that all the attention on the table attracts herself. Everyone wants to try it!
I highly recommend preparing such fish for the New Year's table.
For video lovers, I have prepared a short video recipe for cooking fish, see:
A step-by-step recipe with a photo of cooking fish in the oven.
First you need to peel the fish. I only need fillets. You can buy ready-made fillets, then you will not need this stage.
I have Cod today. Delicious with any white or red sea fish.
I cut the slave into squares, not very small, like this:
Transfer the fish to a deep bowl and squeeze out the juice of 1/3 of the lemon. Salt, pepper and stir.
I will prepare the fill:
I break two eggs into a deep plate, add sour cream. Crack the eggs with a fork and mix a little.
I add cheese. Can be grated, can be cut into squares. Hard cheese or processed cheese will do. What is. I stir it.
I add this mixture to the fish.
Finely chop the herbs (I have parsley) and also add to the fish. I mix everything.
I chop fresh tomatoes. I still have my own, the last ones already :) Tomatoes can not be added. Without them, very tasty fish is also obtained.
The presentation will be unusual. I make these "sweets" from parchment paper.
I take a sheet of paper 23x29 cm in size. Can be less or more….
I fold it like an accordion
I tie it on both sides with a rope.
I make a hole for the fish. You can see more details on how to make such a "shape" in my video above.
Transfer the molds to a baking sheet. I get 4 pieces.
I fill it with fish and tomatoes. Part of fish, part of tomatoes. Or you can just put the tomatoes on top. As you like best.
Sprinkle with breadcrumbs if desired. I have an oat bran mixture.
I cook in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for about 20-25 minutes.
Here is such a beautiful fish dish! Bon Appetit!
Very convenient, no need to wash the molds... everything is portioned. An excellent festive dish without any problems.
