I cook such a dessert very often - it's delicious and simple. It is also very important that i don't add sugar, the dessert is already sweet. I can eat this kind of apple mousse even every day, it doesn't get bored. The apple dessert turns out to be the most tender. Try it! By the way, such a dessert can be cooked for very young children, they eat it with great pleasure.

I wash and peel the apples. I have a total of 500 grams. apples
I remove the seeds and cut them into thin slices.
I pour 300 ml into a small saucepan. water (I think everyone has a home) and shift the apples.
I put the apples on the stove and cook until soft. Usually, after it boils, I cook another 6 minutes over medium heat and you're done.
I use a blender to "turn" apples into puree.
I always use sweet apples, so I don't add sugar. If you are still an ardent sweet tooth, then I recommend adding a teaspoon of sugar at this stage.
Add a little cinnamon or vanilla if desired.
Put the applesauce on the stove and bring it to a boil, stirring occasionally.
As the mashed potatoes boil, I start constantly stirring and slowly pour in semolina (this is the second main ingredient of the dessert). I cook for 5 minutes. I have 25 grams of decoys. Total.
I pour the apple mousse into another bowl.
I take a large bowl and pour cold water. I put a bowl of dessert in this large bowl and beat with a mixer at the highest speed.
The mousse then turns out to be very tender and homogeneous. I recommend waiting until it cools down and serving in portions. I garnished the dessert with fresh red currants and a mint leaf.
