Admin

The advantage of this cake is that it is made without heat treatment, which means it is a hundred times more useful than ordinary cakes.

Ingredients:

1. Cherries - 1 cup berries

2. Banana - 3 pieces

3. Carob - 3 tablespoons

4. Walnut - half a glass of kernels

5. Peanuts - 1 glass

6. Peeled sunflower seeds - half a glass

7. Honey 2 tbsp. spoons

8. Dates - 5-7 pieces

9. Coconut cream (1/3 cup)

Preparation

We take carob, seeds, nuts and peanuts, pour into a blender container, grind into flour for about 1, 5 minutes. Pour into a deep cup.

Next, remove the seeds from cherries and dates, peel the bananas, grind everything together in a blender for about a minute (use the cherries from the freezer, but you need to press before that, so that the blender is easier to cope with task).

Mix the resulting thick mass with nut flour and honey. Put in a small bag and put in the refrigerator overnight (or 4-5 hours) so that the dough is thoroughly soaked.

Then we take it out of the refrigerator, divide it into 2-3 parts, roll it into 3 koloboks, flatten it into flat cakes. Lubricate each cake with coconut cream, put on top of each other, decorate with cherries on top. The raw cherry cake is ready. Have a nice tea, friends!
