I learned this recipe recently, but it has already become a favorite breakfast in our family. It is prepared very simply and quickly, but it turns out delicious, satisfying and beautiful. This is the Armenian Yoka. Only 3 products are needed.
By the way, such a dish is tasty and cold, you can take it with you as a snack to work or study.

I take half of the Armenian lavash - that's enough.
I heat up a frying pan with a little vegetable oil.
I pour cold water into a deep bowl and quickly dip the pita bread. Just a couple of seconds.
I transfer the pita bread to the frying pan, wait one minute and turn it over (my fire is medium).
I spread cheese on pita bread. You can take hard cheese or, for example, feta cheese.
I break the egg.
I pierce the yolk with a fork (this is not necessary). I just love it more. I don’t salt, because my cheese is salty, and lavash too.
I wrap the pita bread in a triangle. (in the video above, I clearly showed how to do this, if suddenly it is not clear).
I fry on both sides for just 1-2 minutes.
A wonderful breakfast is ready! You can sprinkle with herbs, cut in two and serve. Bon Appetit!
