Soon the holiday of Light Easter and everyone will actively begin to bake fragrant cakes and look for a suitable icing. I want to offer you a recipe for a glaze that does not need to be whipped with a mixer, you only need a spoon. Such a glaze (fudge) is prepared for 1 minute.

For cooking, we need only 3 ingredients - this is milk powder or powdered cream, condensed milk and lemon juice.

I pour 200 grams of condensed milk into a deep plate. (I have homemade condensed milk, which is why it is yellowish). With a store-bought glaze, it is also wonderful.

I add 60 grams of milk powder and 3 teaspoons of lemon juice.

I mix everything with a spoon and the glaze is ready!

icing recipe

I put the icing on the cooled Easter cakes and let it harden for several hours.

I apply the glaze in a fairly thick layer. This amount is enough for me for 3 Easter cakes with a diameter of 12 cm. and one with a diameter of 10 cm.

If you apply this fondant in a thin layer, then it will be enough for 6 cakes with a diameter of 12 cm.

I also recommend watching here is this glaze recipe, it looks like a marshmallow. Does not stick at all and does not crumble.
