Greetings to the readers of my channel! Today I want to share with you a way to quickly cook beans and make them soft and tasty.
I think it's not a secret for anyone that beans must be soaked in water beforehand. Better to do this at night.
My beans just stood in the water overnight. It is well swollen, you can start cooking.
I drain the water, rinse the beans again and transfer them to a saucepan.
Pour cold water and bring to a boil.
In the course of cooking, in no case should the beans be salted, otherwise it won't be so soft.
As the beans boil, I add one fourth of a teaspoon of baking soda. Yes Yes! Plain soda. The peel of the beans will become softer thanks to it and the beans will cook faster.
I add one bay leaf, 5 allspice peas and 5 cloves. Thanks to these simple spices, the beans will be very aromatic and tasty.
I cook beans on low heat.
I cooked red beans and they cooked completely in just 30 minutes.
