Today I want to share a delicious, quick cabbage salad. It turns out juicy and satisfying. I really like this salad - it goes well with any meat dish, and it's just delicious without anything!
Cabbage salad is prepared in minutes.
Step-by-step recipe with a photo of how to make a cabbage salad.
First of all, chop cabbage.
I rub the carrots on a coarse grater and add to the cabbage.
Salt to taste and remember carrots and cabbage, so that vegetables give juice.
I will prepare a salad dressing:
Finely chop the greens. I have parsley and dill.
Rub a clove of garlic on a fine grater.
I add a tablespoon of sour cream (any fat content) and half a teaspoon of mustard (you can do more), ground black pepper. I stir it. Refueling is ready!
I also add melted cheese to the salad - it gives excellent taste and satiety to the salad. I usually put it in the freezer beforehand (it's easier to grate this way). But, you can cut it into small pieces.
Add grated cheese to cabbage and carrots, season with sauce and you can serve salad to the table.
