I rub 2 zucchini on a coarse grater.
I add 2 eggs. Salt, pepper to taste and rub 3 cloves of garlic and mix everything.
Add a tablespoon of sesame seeds previously fried in a dry skillet.
I add 5-6 rounded tablespoons of flour and mix. If the mass turns out to be thin, then I recommend adding another spoonful of flour.
I heat the pan with vegetable oil, transfer the squash dough to the pan and evenly distribute it with a spatula. Cover the skillet with a lid and cook over medium heat for 10 minutes.
After 10 minutes, turn over and cook again for 10 minutes under a lid over low heat.
Here is such a wonderful zucchini dish, I cut it into rectangles and serve with a sauce of sour cream, herbs and garlic. Bon Appetit!
