Such a salad is very simple and quick to prepare, it turns out fragrant and tasty! I sometimes cook it right away in a container or bag and take it with me "outdoors". Perfect for a kebab!

How to prepare a salad:

You can take any tomatoes: large or cherry. It doesn't really matter.

I cut the tomatoes into 2 pieces. If it's really small, then I just prick with a toothpick in several places so that they marinate well inside. I transfer it to the container.

Cut the onion into half rings and add to the tomatoes.

I mix vegetable oil with honey, lemon juice, garlic, dried basil. You can also add black or red pepper for spice. I add chopped allspice, it turns out very aromatic.

I stir and a very tasty dressing is ready!

Salt the tomatoes and onions to taste and mix a little.

Now I'm filling the salad and you're done! Of course, you can eat right away, but I recommend letting it brew for at least 30 minutes. And if you leave the appetizer-salad for several hours, then it turns out so tasty that you will lick your fingers! Even the onion never remains, we eat everything.
