Therefore, for those who have a problem with being overweight, the most important thing is to establish a relationship with food, to make friends with it. And you have to start from the head.
Until we understand with our heads, until it fits in our minds, the importance of nutrition - so we will jump on diets, torment ourselves with restrictions, deprive the body of the nutrients it needs.
It is a pity that the understanding of the importance of "correct, healthy and balanced nutrition" often comes late, and for some it does not come at all.
Always on a diet, then on one, then on the other - how many of us are like that? Lots of!
I myself was one of those who "always on a diet", but for some reason my weight only grew.
And all because I did not even know how important it is to observe the calorie content of the diet, and not to measure portions palms, spoons, glasses, there is only cabbage with breast and get carried away with other strange methods of dealing with excess weight.
But now there is a lot of information! Separate the wheat from the chaff and act wisely!
Only the control of the calorie content of the diet and the balance of proteins, fats and carbohydrates (without giving up any of these nutrients, we need both proteins and fats and carbohydrates are our health!) led me to the result that I have at the moment and have been successfully supporting for more of the year.
Everything is simpler than it seems:
And most importantly, food based on KBZHU is more comfortable than the same diets, since there are no absolute restrictions, you can eat your favorite foods. The only thing is that you must fit within the framework of your KBZHU.

I don’t know what’s going on, but for the last few days I have just been sleeping on the go. I fall asleep early, wake up late. Today I slept through everything and for breakfast I had something that could be quickly built - sandwiches on homemade bread (85 g) with fish paste (70 g) and green tea.
Breakfast for 415 kcal.
And so it hurt me in the morning - I usually cut salted fish into portioned pieces and you can take it for sandwiches and not bother with slicing it. And then she cut half of the fish, but did not become the half, I was too lazy. And just today, when I wanted a sandwich with a fish, the slicing ended, but I didn't want to mess around and cut the second half, and there was no time, because I needed to sleep less.
This is how it happens: all to one.
Let me remind you of recipes for salad with squid and casserole with cottage cheese and lavash:
I just had a snack with a banana (110 g) - 100 kcal. Tasty (for me) and very good satiety.
For lunch, I warmed up what I found from ready-made dishes in the refrigerator. And there remained mashed potatoes and fried perch.
My serving: 100 g puree, 150 g perch and 100 g tomato with 2 g olive oil - 410 kcal.
Today we have an early dinner, but I didn't want to cook anything - I just boiled dumplings from the stash. 150 g dumplings (frozen weight) with 30 g sour cream - 370 kcal.
And I still had enough calories for the evening, I decided to add KBZHU with cottage cheese (180 g) with 15 g of natural date syrup - 320 kcal. And I just wanted cottage cheese.
Result of the day: 1615 kcal. B - 89, F - 78, U - 139
