As soon as I bring eggs home from the store, I immediately put them in the refrigerator, I do not process them with anything. But just before cooking, I disinfect them with soda.

So, we take warm water, but not hot, and add soda. The proportions are as follows: 1 tablespoon of baking soda for 1 glass of water. Stir to dissolve the soda, and lower the eggs for 30 minutes. The eggs should be completely covered with a baking soda solution. If there are a lot of eggs, then make more solution.

An alkaline environment is detrimental to microorganisms and bacteria, which are full on the shell. And after such soaking, the eggs become safe to eat.

Then we just fry the eggs, add them to baked goods or boil them in clean water.

Pour the soda solution. I do not recommend reusing it or for any other household chores.
