I love fried zucchini, but in summer I don't want to stand near a frying pan... And you add a lot of oil, which is not useful. I here somehow decided to try cooking zucchini in the oven and it turned out so delicious! You can't tell from fried food. Here is a new recipe I discovered for myself.

I take 2 zucchini weighing 500 grams. Cut into circles 7 mm thick.
I put the zucchini in a bowl and sprinkle it with a teaspoon of salt. I will stir. I'll leave it for 10 minutes. This stage is very important. If you skip it, then you will not get the "effect" of fried zucchini.
After 10 minutes, I drain the released juice. Zucchini can be rinsed under water to remove excess salt.
I add a tablespoon of vegetable oil, a teaspoon of dried garlic, a teaspoon to the zucchini spices "Caucasian herbs" (can be replaced with Provencal, Italian) and half a teaspoon of sweet paprika. I stir it.
You can not add any seasonings at all, then you get the same taste as zucchini fried in pans. You can't tell.
I spread the zucchini on a baking sheet and cook in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for about 20 minutes, until golden brown.
