I love cabbage very much, but I don’t like to chop it for a long time…. I understand that there are special graters, but then they need to be washed and it is not always possible to use them, and sometimes it is not necessary so finely... If I came to my grandmother, then she doesn't have such a grater at all.
So, for a long time I found a way to over-fast and conveniently slicing cabbage. I fry, stew, bake such cabbage. I am very glad that I found such a way. I never thought before that it was possible.
In my head there was always only one thing: "The cabbage is thinly chopped." Where did these thoughts come from?
I saw this method from a Korean blogger and I liked it so much that now I always use and remember this young man with gratitude.
So you can cut both young cabbage and already lying (winter) cabbage.
I take a fork of cabbage, cut it into 2 pieces with a large knife. This is done very quickly.
Then I put half of the head of cabbage on a cutting board with a cut down and cut first along and then across - like this:
Voila, the cabbage is sliced! It turns out an excellent cutting of cabbage - you can adjust the size yourself.
I just remove the stump.
I do the same with the second slice of cabbage.
Very fast, simple and convenient. Time for a head of cabbage 20 seconds. Well, lovely!
