Now I cook such zucchini for the festive table, no one has left without a recipe. It's easier to cook than pancakes. Such a squash dish looks very impressive. Prepare something new for your loved ones, surprise them!
So, for cooking we need:
500 gr. zucchini
150 gr. flour
3 eggs.
A bunch of greenery.
180 g tomatoes.
2-3 cloves of garlic.
100 g sour cream or mayonnaise.
Optional 60 gr. cheese, salt, pepper.

I rub the zucchini on a coarse grater, squeeze and transfer to a deep bowl. I have young zucchini, so I will not remove the peel.
I add eggs, salt, pepper.
Finely chop the herbs, add to the zucchini and mix everything. From greens, you can take parsley, dill, basil.
I add flour and mix. The consistency of the dough is quite thick. The dough falls off the spoon with difficulty.
Spread the dough on a greased baking sheet and distribute it evenly over the entire area. Of course, if you have good baking paper, I recommend using it. I didn't have her at home ...

I cook in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 20 minutes.
In the meantime, I will deal with the sauce: add grated cheese, garlic to sour cream and stir.
Time passed, I took out the zucchini cake, it stuck a little, but it's okay. This won't happen with baking paper! Checked.
The cake keeps its shape well. I spread it on the table with the beautiful side down and grease it with sauce (I will leave a little sauce), put the tomatoes cut into cubes on top and wrap it in a roll.
