Good day to all and delicious weight loss.

My channel is about delicious weight loss, satisfying and balanced.

It is difficult to cope with being overweight, but it is even harder to live with it without even trying to get rid of it.

From my own experience, I know how hard it is to diet and starve. And how easy it is to break loose and regain the pounds lost with such difficulty.

But now, for almost two years I have been adhering to proper nutrition and a calorie deficit and have lost 60 kilograms.

In my blog, I share with you not only the experience of losing weight, but also the menu and recipes for dishes on which I continue to slim.

I recently cooked peach pie with curd layer and I still have canned peaches.

I decided to cook a curd casserole with them.

It turned out just wonderful, fragrant. In a word - delicious!

✅I needed the following products:

  • 250 g of cottage cheese by weight (I used all the cottage cheese that I had, that's why such an amount),
  • 1 chicken egg
  • 30 g whole grain rice flour (whole grain wheat can be used),
  • canned peaches - 210 g,
  • 3 sachets of sweetener.

✅Cooking.

Cut the canned peaches into slices.

In a mixer, mix cottage cheese, egg, flour and sweetener.

It is better to use a mixer so that the curd mass is homogeneous and without lumps, then the casserole will have a delicate uniform structure.

I always use silicone molds.

For the indicated amount of ingredients, I took a small mold with a diameter of 12 cm.

I don't grease silicone molds with anything.

I laid out the bottom of the form with peaches, then laid out a layer of curd mass, then again several slices of peaches, followed by curd mass, and so on until the peaches and curd mass run out.

I got three layers of peaches.

The last layer should be curd.

We bake for 30 minutes in the oven at 200 degrees. But focus on your oven - they all bake differently.

We take it out of the oven, let it cool, cover it with a plate, turn it over and a beautiful casserole is ready!)

Enjoy your meal!
