Peking cabbage is a delicious, delicate cabbage! I love her. Most often I make salads from it, but here I was visiting a friend, and she was able to surprise me with the way of cooking Peking cabbage. Such a thought did not even occur to me... It turns out very juicy, tender and tasty!

Now I cook Chinese cabbage according to a new recipe, and even simply and very quickly. By the way, my husband liked her very much!

So, for cooking we need:

1 Chinese cabbage.
2 tbsp. l. vegetable oil.
2 tbsp. l. soy sauce.
1 hour l. honey.
Spices and salt to taste.

I cut Peking cabbage into 2-3 cm circles. thick. It is better to cut off the soft "tail" and put it on the salad. I also remove the hardest part (where the stump is).

Prepare the sauce: I mix vegetable oil, soy sauce, honey (liquid), black pepper and stir.

*if the soy sauce is not salty enough, you can add more salt.

I cover the baking sheet with baking paper, grease it a little with vegetable oil and shift the cabbage.

I grease each piece of cabbage well with sauce.

I also sprinkle "Caucasian herbs" on top, you can take basil or any other of your favorite seasoning. (As an option - Italian, Provencal herbs). Or you may not add any additional seasoning at all.

It already looks very nice, right? I cook in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for about 20 minutes. And then look at your oven already. You can use this cabbage as a side dish or snack. Bon Appetit!
