Ingredients: - kefir, - flour, soda, - butter, salt, - eggs, - mushrooms (champignons), - cabbage, - onion, - sunflower oil
Cooking method:
For the dough, take kefir, sour cream, butter, flour, salt and soda.
Mix flour with soda, add eggs.
Add kefir, melted butter. Knead a homogeneous creamy dough, let it stand for 20-30 minutes.
Prepare the filling: take mushrooms (I have champignons), cabbage, onions and oil for frying.
Finely chop the onion.
Mushrooms cut into thin slices.
Fry the onion in oil until golden brown.
Add mushrooms and continue to fry with onions until the liquid is completely evaporated.
Finely chop the cabbage. Meanwhile, the mushrooms and onions are fried. Add cabbage to them and simmer until the cabbage is cooked. I did not fry the cabbage - when it became soft, I cooled the filling.
Grease a baking dish with butter and sprinkle with flour. Pour 1/2 of the prepared dough.
Pour over cooled filling, reserving a little for garnish. Pour the remaining dough and sprinkle the filling on top.
We put in an oven heated to 180 C. We bake for another 35-40 minutes, check the readiness with a toothpick or the end of a match. Serve warm or chilled, very tasty.
