Ingredients
- 1 zucchini medium large
- 2 eggs
- 2 tbsp semolina
- 1 tablespoon flour
- Carrot
- Onion
- Greens
- Natural yoghurt
Steps
Wash the courgettes and grate on a coarse grater.
You do not need to peel young zucchini.
Salt, stir and leave for 15 minutes.
Then drain the liquid and squeeze out a little.
Add eggs, flour, semolina, salt / pepper.
We mix. 🙌
Put the dough into a preheated pan with butter, like on pancakes. bake zucchini pancakes on both sides until golden brown over medium heat, turn it better with a wide spatula so that the pancakes do not break during turning.
It turns out 4-5 pancakes.
Next, overcook onions, carrots, herbs.
And we collect the cake: pancake, coat with yogurt, overcooking, pancake-yogurt-overcooking.
