The ice cream turns out simply magnificent: it is tender, smooth, moderately sweet, with a rich taste of tangerines and cream. With a minimum of effort, you get a delicious and tender dessert!
Ingredients: tangerine puree, 33-35% fat cream, condensed milk (only milk and sugar), powdered sugar, vanillin
Cooking method:
To make ice cream, I took 5 large tangerines, peeled them and divided them into slices. The weight of tangerine slices was 500 g. To make sure that there are no seeds inside the slices, I cut the slices into 2-3 parts. There were very few seeds (2 pieces), but they could spoil the taste of the future ice cream, making it bitter.
Grind tangerines in a blender. We rub the tangerine mass through a sieve and as a result we get tangerine puree, the weight of which was almost 400 g.
Add condensed milk to tangerine puree and mix with a blender until smooth. We put the mass in the freezer for 20 minutes so that it becomes very cold.
Add the icing sugar and vanilla to the cold cream. Beat until fluffy, but not to strong peaks.
We take out the chilled tangerine puree, pour it into the cream and beat with a mixer for 1-2 minutes. The mass is lush and very tender. We shift it into a suitable container or container.
I put the ice cream in popsicle molds and plastic containers with tight-fitting lids.
We put the forms with ice cream in the freezer for 5-6 hours, and preferably at night. Ice cream turns out to be of a delicate color, with a delicate citrus aroma and the taste of tangerines and cream. We lay out the finished ice cream in bowls and enjoy!
