Step-by-step recipe for cooking zucchini with a photo:
Zucchini wash well, wipe dry and cut into thin rings
Transfer the zucchini to a deep bowl, add half a teaspoon of salt and stir. I'll leave it for now.
Prepare the gas station.
I rub the garlic on a fine grater, add to it one teaspoon of honey, a tablespoon of soy sauce, apple cider vinegar and a mixture of peppers (you can simply replace it with black ground pepper). I mix everything.
Finely chop the dill.
The zucchini stood for ten minutes, squeeze them out and put them in a deep plate.
I add dill and dressing to the zucchini, mix.
I heat the oil well in a frying pan and add sesame seeds, as soon as the sesame seeds change color - it takes 1-2 minutes, then I immediately turn it off and fill the zucchini with this fragrant oil. I stir it.
I let the zucchini stand for 10 minutes and serve it to the table! Top can be sprinkled with red currants or barberry, lingonberries. The scent is simply divine. Bon Appetit!
