How much we hear about the dangers of fried potatoes, which is generally true, but how can we refuse the golden, crunchy, crispy potatoes neveroyatno- delicious?! And if we add to it more, and mushrooms, the dish is very hearty and very, very tasty.
We will need:
· Potatoes - 4 large tuber
· Bulb - 1 pc.
· Mushrooms -300 gr.
I love it when the potatoes thinly, then it turns out very crispy. First I cut the potatoes and spread in the pan, which is already well-glowing oil.
While it is fried, I cut onions finely. And fry it in another pan. Potatoes periodically stir but do not do it often because with frequent stirring can get porridge.

Everything has to be fried 5-7 minutes, until onions and mushrooms are golden in color. Potato fry,
I add to it in a frying pan mushrooms, mixed. I salt to taste.
