Having tried it once, now I cook this bread regularly. We really liked him. Even just delicious with tea or coffee!

Finely chop the herbs and add to the flour. I took parsley, it still grows in my greenhouse. This year is a very warm winter. You can use dill or green onions.
I rub a small piece of cheese on a coarse grater and add it to the flour. I will mix everything well.
I add vegetable oil and milk.
I begin to knead the dough. As it becomes difficult to stir with a spoon, I start kneading the dough with my hand.
If the dough is not kneading well, add a little milk.
The dough is kneaded very quickly. You don't need to "mess" with it for a long time.

I press the bun with my hand and form a cake. This bread does not need to be made tall. Height 2-2.5 cm.
I cover the baking sheet with parchment and spread the cake. I make several cuts with a knife. So the bread then looks more beautiful.
I grease the cake with milk.
I cook bread in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
