🌲 New Year is coming soon, and I want to share with you a wonderful idea of ​​a snack for the festive table. I will make a snack from ordinary crab sticks. It turns out very original and unusual. I spend only 15 minutes on cooking.

We will need to unfold the crab sticks. And to do this easily, we dip the crab sticks in hot water for just a couple of minutes.
I put the sticks on a paper towel and another paper towel on top. We need to remove excess moisture. Dry the crab sticks with paper towels.
Thanks to these simple manipulations, crab sticks are very easy to unfold and do not break.
I will prepare the filling. I cut a piece of cheese and put it aside (I will use it to decorate a snack).
Rub the remaining cheese on a fine grater.
Grate the garlic on a fine grater and add it to the cheese.
In total, we have 4 chicken eggs (already boiled, I usually cook them in advance). I take out the yolks of their three eggs and put them aside (they will also be needed to decorate the snack a little later).
I rub the remaining egg and whites on a coarse grater and add to the cheese. Salt and pepper to taste. I add sour cream (can be replaced with mayonnaise). I mix everything well.
I put the opened crab sticks in a pile. I take a cucumber so that it is about the size of a crab stick. Like this:
I cut the cucumber into cubes.
I take the crab stick with its beautiful, red side to the table.
I level one tablespoon of the filling on a crab stick, not reaching the edge of about 4 centimeters. I put a cucumber and wrap everything in a roll.
