Greetings to all readers of my channel! My name is Christina and I am very glad to see you on my culinary channel.
One of my favorites, proven over the years, is a recipe for awesome salad for the winter without vinegar and without sterilization. It's soooo delicious in winter that every year I close 2 more jars than the previous year. We eat everything, it doesn't remain until spring.
This salad is perfectly stored in the apartment!
And now a second of humor: 😅
What is your profession?
- Soloist.
- Where are you singing?
- Nowhere... I salt cabbage, tomatoes and cucumbers...

This salad is liked by everyone who would not try it, and it is also very satisfying and is quite suitable for a full meal.
I recommend reading this article to the end, so as not to miss all the subtleties of cooking and in the end to get a really tasty preparation for the winter, and at the end of the article a list of products!
Let's start cooking!
All vegetables are well washed.
I cut the onion into rather large pieces and put it in a saucepan.
I chop the pepper quite coarsely.
I chop the tomatoes coarsely.
I transfer everything to the pan to the onion. Put the pot on the stove and bring it to a boil, stirring occasionally.
As everything boils, I add the carrots grated on a coarse grater and mix again. Tomatoes will give juice, and the mass will decrease in volume.
After 10 minutes, the salad looks like this. At this point, I salt and continue to cook on the lowest heat for another 20 minutes. (Do not forget to interfere).
Then I add vegetable oil, well-washed rice, bay leaves and allspice. Rice will give an amazing taste to the salad and will be very satisfying with it.
I mix everything and continue to cook and cook over low heat until the rice is cooked. It took me 25 minutes.
Due to the fact that I chopped the vegetables coarsely and cooked them on low heat, the vegetables did not turn into porridge.

I pour the salad into pre-sterilized jars and tighten with sterilized lids. I turn the cans over, wrap them up and leave them until they cool completely.
This amount of products is enough for 4 cans of 0.5 liters!
