The recipe is especially helpful when there is little time before the holiday. I cook quickly, let it soak on the table - and in the freezer. And fast, and simple, and tasty.
How to cook:
I take the puff pastry ready. This is to make it faster π. But, of course, you can make puff pastry at home.
Roll out and cut into strips about 1.5-2 cm thick
I spread the strips on a baking sheet and put them in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for 10-15 minutes.
Now the cream. Softened butter and condensed milk.
Beat butter with a mixer for 5 minutes, then add condensed milk. I continue to whisk. Also here - some ground coffee.
You don't need to add coffee! But I really love the coffee aroma in this cake. By the way, instead of coffee, you can add chopped nuts, chocolate or cocoa. Here to taste))
Collecting the cake. I line the cling film on the table (in 3-4 layers). I spread some cream. Then puff sticks. Again cream, sticks... etc.
I leave 4-5 sticks to decorate the cake.
Then I roll it up (tight). I tie the edges. I leave it on the table for 3 hours. Then I put it in the refrigerator for another 12 hours.
You can freeze the cake like this, in a film. And defrost when needed.
Before serving, I remove the film and sprinkle with crumbs. I make a crumb from the sticks left for decoration.

β’ Puff pastry - 450 g
