By the way - this is a great way to usefully "utilize" mashed potatoes that no one eats anymore. You can, of course, make fresh mashed potatoes, but usually I prepare this dish from the remaining mashed potatoes from yesterday's dinner.

If I need to quickly make mashed potatoes, then I cut the potatoes into small pieces. So it cooks very quickly.

I add black pepper to the potatoes, a few chopped garlic cloves.

If there is any greens, then cut and add to the potatoes. I had some dill.

Beat the egg a little with a fork and add to the puree, mix.

I will also add one or two tablespoons of flour.

The potato dough should just barely fall off the spoon. This is the consistency it should get.

I take a tablespoon of puree and put it on a baking sheet. This is how it works.

I cook in preheated to 180-200 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
