I take a peeler and peel off part of the peel, so the cucumbers will look more interesting, striped.
I cut the cucumbers into slices 1 centimeter thick and put them in a container, where I will cook.
I make refueling: I mix lemon juice *sesame oil, soy sauce, honey, paprika, pepper mix, *salt.
*sesame oil can be substituted for sunflower or olive oil, but then I recommend adding more sesame seeds for a brighter flavor.
*if the soy sauce is not salty enough, then I recommend adding half a teaspoon of salt.
Finely chop the garlic and add it to the dressing.
I add the dressing to the cucumbers, mix well.
You can eat right away, but I recommend holding them for at least 20 minutes so that they are better saturated. And sometimes I do from the evening to the next day. The time for such a cucumber appetizer takes no more than 10 minutes.
