I have been using this method for many years.

Let's start harvesting greens!
This way I store: dill, parsley, onion, sorrel, carrot tops or other greens.
Greens (I have parsley today) need to be washed well and * dried. *This stage is very important! If the greens are wet, then you will not get crumbly greens, but you will get a sticky lump.
I cut off the stems of the greenery, we only need the leaves. But, I do not throw out the stems. I just wrap them in a bag and use them in winter when I cook broth. It turns out very fragrant.
Finely chop the greens.
We'll need small bottles. I usually take from drinking yogurt. There is a wide "neck", which is very convenient. You can use bottles of milk or kefir.

It is very important to wash and dry bottles and caps well - this will affect the result.
I transfer the greens to the bottle. I shake the bottle periodically, so even more parsley will fit! Close the lid tightly and put it in the freezer for storage. Very comfortably. How do you like the way to freeze greens?
