I love zucchini, I can eat them several times a day, so I always harvest them for the winter in huge quantities in the summer. In winter, zucchini is difficult to find in the store, and if there is, it is very expensive. I cannot afford to buy zucchini for at least 500 rubles per kilogram. Unfortunately, and perhaps fortunately, I am not the daughter or wife of a millionaire.
In the summer in my garden there is always a "bunch" of zucchini of different colors and varieties, so I save them for the winter. Today I will share one of the preparation methods.

I cut off the "edges" of the zucchini on both sides and cut into 2 parts lengthwise.
I clean the flesh inside: first, I cut it with a knife from all sides.
Then I clean with a spoon.

I put them into each other and you get such a stack of zucchini.
I put it in a bag and freeze it.
