Recipe:
potatoes -1kg
salt -1 tsp
butter -80g
It's simple. We clean the potatoes, the weight of the peeled potatoes is 1 kg, now we pour water into the pan, bring to a boil and put the potatoes in the water, add 1 tsp. salt.
As it boils, cook for exactly 3 minutes, drain the potatoes, let cool slightly for 5 minutes and cut into slices.
Melt 80 grams of butter.
We take a suitable baking sheet, I have a diameter of 28 cm, grease with butter, put the potatoes in one layer, grease with butter, put the second one, add a little salt and put another layer of potatoes and grease oil.
We put in the oven and cook until a beautiful golden color at 200 degrees for 30-40 minutes, be guided by readiness.
