I bought pomegranates from an Armenian in the market (I often take fruit from him), and he says - "Do you want me to show you how to make juice from a pomegranate just by hand?" I didn't believe him and said that it was impossible. I thought he was kidding me.

We take a pomegranate - ripe, good.
We put it on the table and start rolling it with our hand (pressing on the fruit). You will hear a crunching sound. The seeds burst and give juice.
Then I press on one hand with the other and increase the effort. I continue to roll the grenade on the table, pressing all over the grenade.
You will feel how the fruit becomes soft and the seeds are not felt in it at all. As soon as the pomegranate stopped "crunching" - it's done!
I usually need 2 minutes, or even less.
With a knife I make an incision on the side of the pomegranate (only carefully, juice can sprinkle from there).
I dip it into the glass with a hole. I press on the pomegranate and squeeze the juice into the glass! Miracle! Pours, like from a bottle, in a thin stream.
I knock the remaining bones onto a plate.
Look, single seeds remained with juice. And so we just got bare bones.
