I discovered a new recipe for a quick dessert for tea: I bake for exactly 2.5 minutes (and why I haven't cooked like that before)

Today I will share with you, my dear subscribers, a wonderful dessert recipe from almost nothing. I recently discovered this dessert for myself. We only need two products, which are always at home. It's sugar and eggs! The sweetness will be unusually tasty, tender and airy "like a cloud".

So let's get down to cooking!

We need 4 eggs. It is necessary to separate the whites from the yolks. Today we only need proteins. You can also make delicious mayonnaise, cookies or biscuits from the yolks. Now the whites need to be beaten well with a mixer until they are strong foam.

Advice: so that the whites are well beaten, the eggs must be cold and the whisk can also be cooled in the refrigerator, and it is also recommended to add a pinch of salt when whipping.

My mixer coped with this task in 2 minutes.

Next, we need to gradually introduce sugar into the protein mass. Sugar will need 4 tablespoons. Add one spoonful of sugar, beat with a mixer, then the next, and so on.

Now, if desired (this is not necessary), you can add vanillin.

The whites and sugar are beaten very well and even if you turn the bowl over, nothing will fall out of it.

I shift the future dessert into a mold (I have a size of 24x24 centimeters). I level it with a spatula.

Then there are 2 cooking options:

1). Cook in the oven at 180 degrees for about 10 minutes.

2). We cook in the microwave (then cover the mold with cling film or a plate of a suitable size) and bake at a power of 700 watts for 2.5 minutes! I choose this option!

After cooking, do not immediately open the microwave door, leave it there for 5 minutes.

I take out the dessert, it will stand on the table for a few more minutes and send it to the refrigerator until it cools completely, for 15 minutes.
