You can use any mince for cutlets (from any meat, ready-made from the store, or you can make it yourself). I cook with different things and always delicious. Today I twisted the minced meat into a meat grinder from a chicken reed and a turkey thigh. (It would seem that the meat is dry, but the cutlets will still be juicy!).

How to cook:

I preheat the oven to 180 degrees and cook the cutlets for 15 minutes, then I take it out and put a ball of mozzarella cheese in each cutlet (in the hole) (you can use a regular one)!
