So, CHICKEN BAKED ON WINE - juicy, fragrant, with a crispy crust. The side dish for the chicken was baked eggplant and white cabbage. #cuckpad4

Chicken baked in wine

Ingredients: chicken weighing up to 2 kg, any wine, Salt, Mayonnaise or sour cream, garlic, Paprika or spices for chicken, wine vinegar, Potatoes, Cabbage, eggplant, zucchini

Cooking method:

Pour wine into a glass or a small jar (I have red, but white can also be used). We put the container with wine in a baking dish, put the chicken smeared with marinade on top of it.

For the marinade, you will need mayonnaise (I have sour cream), 1-2 garlic cloves, salt, paprika or chicken spices, 1 tablespoon of wine vinegar. Lubricate the chicken with the resulting marinade and let it soak for about 15-20 minutes at room temperature.

On the sides you can lay out potato wedges, after 20-25 minutes after cooking, coarsely chopped white cabbage, eggplant / zucchini spread 20 minutes before the end of cooking, they do not need much time for baking. We send the dish to the oven preheated to 180 degrees until the chicken is completely cooked (it took me about 1 hour 20 minutes). The juice from the chicken soaks the vegetables, it turns out very tasty.

P.s. You can bake chicken yourself without vegetables. Then separately prepare any side dish to taste.
