I open a can of corn and pour the liquid into a bowl. I'm holding the corn with a potato pusher. Well, that's so convenient for me!

Add flour, mix and leave the "dough" for 5 minutes.
In the meantime, I will heat a frying pan with vegetable oil. I spread one tablespoon of dough in a frying pan and level it.
I fry the corn pancakes on both sides. Prepare very quickly.
