Today I have cod. Delicious, healthy sea fish. For this recipe, I prefer to take fish fillets, you can, of course, cook with bones, but I like it better when, after all, fillets and without skin. By the way, cooking such fish is easier than frying. No need to stand at the stove and it will definitely be delicious, juicy, and even beautiful!
I cut the fish into small pieces.
I put the fish in a baking dish. Salt and pepper to taste.
I will cut onions and bell peppers into small cubes.
I put onions on the fish, and then pepper.
Let's prepare the fill for the fish. Melt a small piece of butter and add 10% cream to it.
I add the egg. I pepper, salt to taste and mix everything.
Distribute the entire filling evenly over the fish and vegetables.
Thanks to this filling, we will get an appetizing, tasty "coat" for fish.
