This recipe is a memory of my student life. In the student kitchen, I dispensed with an ordinary frying pan, even without a pan. But it is so fast and tasty that I still cook buckwheat this way very often. And not only buckwheat.
Here's what you need from the ingredients:
Buckwheat groats - 1 glass
Water - 2 glasses
Onions - 1 pc.
Carrots - 1 pc.
Sweet pepper (but you can do without it)
Vegetable oil - 2 tablespoons
Sugar - 1 tsp
Salt

A detailed buckwheat recipe is here (just a minute) 👇
Everything is prepared very simply!
I fry vegetables in a saucepan (or in a deep frying pan).
I add the pre-washed buckwheat. I add water and cook over low heat for 15 minutes. Then I turn off the stove and let it brew.
It turns out incredibly tasty, crumbly porridge. Oooo very fragrant!!! If there are sausages, good. If not, a great dinner without them! Try it! See below recipes for the lazy (there is also buckwheat there) 👇
