"Pizza" from tomato juice dough. No meat and no cheese! This, of course, is far from pizza, but very tasty! I often make this kind of pizza during fasting. The recipe turned out by accident - I decided to experiment with the brine dough. How I did it (how the recipe was born), see the video below. And I will describe the recipe in detail in the article)) Join us - it is always delicious and something new here!

Cooking takes almost no time. First the dough. I took the recipe for the brine dough and just replaced the brine with tomato juice. Didn't add spices. Although they will not interfere here))

I pour tomato juice into a bowl.

I add sugar, salt, oil. You can add caraway seeds if you like. I stir and gradually add flour. I stir first with a spoon, then with my hands. I knead a soft dough. Can be left under a towel for 20 minutes. But I'll cook right away. Roll out the dough thinly and put it on a special baking sheet for pizza (if not, just on the baking sheet)

I grease with tomato sauce. I put the fried onions on top. You can add any fried vegetables here - eggplants, zucchini, peppers... I will just add tomatoes and chopped olives. And I put it in the oven.

Try it! This is delicious!

Here's the recipe (enough for two 24-26 cm pizzas):

• Tomato juice (or tomato paste with water) - 120 ml

• Flour - 220-250 g

• Sugar - 1 tbsp.

• Soda - 2/3 tsp.

• Cumin (any other spices can be used) - 1/2 tsp.

• Vegetable oil - 3 tbsp.
