Here's what I need for this:
• Orange - 1.5 pcs.
• Lemon - 1 pc.
• Sugar - 400 g (~ 2 cups)
• Water - 100 ml
• Gelatin - 20 g
Preparation:
I remove the zest from the lemon and orange. I squeeze out the juice. I need 120 ml of orange juice and 60 ml of lemon juice. I dissolve gelatin in the juice.
I add water to the sugar, send the grated zest here, bring it to a boil and cook over low heat for 5 minutes until the sugar dissolves.
I take it off the fire. I add juice with gelatin and mix. I pour it onto a baking sheet covered with cling film. And I put it in the refrigerator for 6-8 hours.
When the marmalade has frozen, sprinkle with sugar, put it on the board and remove the film. Sprinkle with sugar again and cut into pieces. If you need to decorate the dessert, I chop it finely and decorate it with gummy crumbs or cut out figurines from marmalade.
