Bright, beautiful, fragrant and very, very tasty! I remember the recipe for these cupcakes by heart. These cupcakes always come out! And always delicious. At the same time, such cupcakes are prepared very simply and are obtained by everyone!

Watch the video below at 06:17 for how I make these cupcakes. There are also two more recipes for delicious desserts that I cook very often.

Making dough. I pour boiling water over the unpeeled (juicy!) Tangerine and grind it in a blender. If there are bones, they must be removed, otherwise the cupcakes will taste bitter. I must say right away that instead of one tangerine, you can take half an orange (also with skin). And also it must first be dipped in boiling water.

Beat eggs with sugar. You can do it with a regular whisk, but it's better to use a mixer - it's faster. I add vegetable oil and chopped mandarin. I stir it. It remains to add flour, sifted with baking powder and vanillin. Stir until smooth. The dough is thick (see the video above). I lay it out in tins, pre-oiled, and put in the oven.

I bake muffins at 180 degrees for 20-25 minutes. The muffins should rise well and brown nicely. Take a look in your oven! It may take a little less time or, conversely, a little more. These muffins are always and always delicious! Try to cook! I will wait for your feedback))
