The softest and most delicious fish cakes I've ever made. My kids just love them! Try this recipe - you'll love it! An excellent snack both for every day and for a festive table!
Ingredients:
• Fish fillet (I have a hake) - 800 g
• Oatmeal flakes - 0.5 cups
• Onion - 1 pc.
• Egg - 1 pc.
• Yogurt - 2 tbsp.
• Dill
• Flour - 2-3 tbsp.
• Ground black pepper
• Salt
Preparation:
Grinding oatmeal. Grind the onion in a blender, add an egg to it and beat well. There the fish - I beat it again. The minced meat turns out to be very tender (this is clearly seen in the video below). Add oatmeal and stir. I put it in the refrigerator for one hour.
Then I take it out of the refrigerator, add salt, pepper, dill and yogurt. I stir it. If the minced meat is thin, you can add a little flour. With wet hands, I form cutlets and fry.
