Today I want to share a recipe for an apple roll. He conquered and delighted me with its simplicity and great taste the first time, I'm sure you will also like it.

Recipe:

Apples -5-6 pcs

condensed milk -1 can (380gr)

Eggs -2pcs

Salt -1 / 3 tsp.

Soda - 1/2 tsp. (to repay)

Flour -150gr

COOKING METHOD

Peel and grate apples 5-6 pcs. We take a standard baking sheet from the oven, my size is 30 cm by 40 cm, put the apples and distribute. We put in the oven for 5-6 minutes in a preheated oven. During this time, we will prepare the dough.

Put condensed milk in a bowl,

(In order for the condensed milk not to be brown, I do not add soda, but then you need to be sure of the freshness of the milk, it must be fresh)

Break 2 eggs, add a little salt, mix with a whisk. Now add flour 150 grams and mix. Add 1/2 tsp. soda, extinguish it with lemon juice.

We mix. It took 7 minutes to get the apples out of the oven and pour the dough over the apples. We distribute evenly.

Put it back in the oven and bake at 180 degrees for 15 minutes, or use your oven to guide you.

We remove the baking paper and immediately roll up the roll, let it cool. Now we cut the cooled roll and serve with tea. Simple and delicious.
