The recipe is simple, the products are the simplest. I like cabbage cutlets even more than meat cutlets. Delicious and budget friendly. You can post them too! I cook them all the time. It's very, very tasty. Can be served with a side dish. But I love it just like that, with a piece of fresh bread.

Cooking? Everything is very simple!

How I cook these cutlets, see the video below (at 06:05) or read further in this article. There are 4 more cutlet recipes in the video, which you will also like, I'm sure))

I boil the cabbage in salted water for 5 minutes. I throw it on a sieve. I pass it through a meat grinder. Better to cool a little.

I add semolina, millet, grated carrots, finely chopped onions and herbs. Salt and add pepper. You can add any porridge, but I like millet the most. And greens, of course, can be any. I stir it. I add a couple of tablespoons of flour. You can not add if the minced meat is not too liquid. What kind of minced meat should be is clearly visible in the video above. I shape the patties with wet hands.

I roll the cutlets in breadcrumbs. It is better if the crackers are homemade (you can see it in the photo). If you are interested in how I make homemade cereal, which practically does not absorb oil, see the video at the bottom of this article.

It remains to fry the cutlets. I heat a little vegetable oil in a frying pan and fry the cutlets on both sides until golden brown. Average fire.

Here's what you need to make these cutlets:

• Cabbage 800 g
• Semolina 0.5 cups
• Boiled millet - 5-6 tbsp.
• Flour 2 tbsp.
• Carrots - 1 pc.
• Onion - 1 pc.
• Ground black pepper
• Salt

Try to cook. Send your feedback and your options for lean cutlets. I really like to try new recipes))
