Simple mushroom soup with dumplings. Light, aromatic and very, very tasty! we are ready to eat this soup every day!

The soup is prepared very simply and quickly. First, I chop the mushrooms, salt, add a little oil and bake in the oven.

I put water on fire. While it boils, I cook dumplings. To do this, I knead the dough from flour, water, oil and salt. I knead. I roll out thin flagella and cut into pieces. I leave it under the towel on the table. But you can put it in the refrigerator.

I send the chopped potatoes to the boiling water. After 5 minutes - baked mushrooms. When the potatoes are soft, add the dumplings and the onions and carrots fried in butter. Salt. At the end of cooking, add finely chopped herbs and dill. After a minute I remove from heat and let it brew for 10 minutes. You can serve!

Recipe:
• Water (or broth) - 1.5 l
• Champignons - 350 g
• Onion - 1 pc.
• Carrots - 1 pc.
• Potatoes -2-3 pcs.
• Bay leaf - 1 pc.
• Dill
• Salt
For dumplings:
• Flour - 1 glass
• Water - 1/3 cup
• Vegetable oil - 3 tbsp.
• Salt - 0.5 tsp.
