Meatballs in sauce - that's all the simple definition of meatballs. And it’s much easier if the name itself speaks eloquently for itself - “meat balls”. This dish is similar to Italian cuisine, but is especially widespread in American cuisine.
Ingredients: Minced Chicken, Garlic, Egg, Cheese, Red Pepper, Salt, Ground Black Pepper, Vegetable Oil, Butter, Juice of ½ lemon, Flour, Oil for frying, Spaghetti, Zucchini, Salt, Pepper, Garlic, Oil for frying
Cooking method:
Add grated cheese, garlic, egg and spices to minced meat. Mix everything well and form small meat balls.
Add butter and vegetable oil to the pan, as well as a little lemon juice. Roll our balls in flour and fry in a hot frying pan.
Then cover with a lid and keep on low heat for another 2-3 minutes.
Cut zucchini into noodles with a vegetable peeler or grate for Korean carrots.
Fry garlic in a small amount of vegetable oil in a saucepan.
Add zucchini, spices and cook everything using the sauté method. Saute - short frying with a small amount of fat. To ensure that the dish does not burn, it must be shaken periodically. It was this shaking that gave the name, because "saute", from the French sauté - jump, jump. In no case do we interfere with the vegetables with a spoon / fork, because this will damage them, and as a result we will get a kind of mushy mass. For everything about everything, no more than 3-5 minutes (during this time we salt and season them), zucchini should be al dente.
