Rather, this is not even a recipe, but an idea for a simple and quick snack. It helps a lot when you urgently want to have a bite or, as we often have, unexpected guests. No one has ever left me hungry, even if they "dropped in for a minute"))
This appetizer always tastes good.. And it doesn't get bored, because every time you get a new taste! Here it all depends on your imagination!
I always add to the filling what is in the refrigerator. If suddenly there is nothing in the refrigerator (which we rarely have, but it happens), then in the freezer there will definitely be frozen vegetables, mushrooms, herbs and my favorite "pizza sets", which I collect from the leftovers (pieces that have not been eaten) of sausage, cheese, boiled meat, leftover olives, etc. By the way, I also sometimes lavash I freeze. Once thawed, it is great for many dishes.

I grease the pita bread a little with mayonnaise (during fasting it can be lean), but you can not grease it with anything at all - it will still be tasty, but not so satisfying. And then - the filling. Today I have some ham, two types of cheese, dill, parsley, green onions, tomatoes and canned corn.
I wrap everything, put it in a mold or on a baking sheet and put it in an oven preheated to 200˚C for 5-6 minutes. It is better to serve hot, but it is also delicious cold!

• Cheese (I have 2 types)
• Fresh tomatoes
• Green onions
• Greens (dill, parsley)
• Canned corn
• Mayonnaise (I have homemade)
