When I was preparing such a cake for the first time, my son asked twice for more. Now this dish is often on our table. You can cook such a pie not only with meat - it is delicious with mushrooms and curd filling. This cake can be served as a snack or as a main course. Both hot and cold are delicious!
How I prepare such a cake, see the video below. There are also 4 more lavash recipes, the preparation of which will take you no more than half an hour! Look - you will like it))
Chop the onion finely, chop the carrots on a coarse grater. I fry the minced meat a little, then add onions, carrots, salt and spices to it. And I bring it to readiness. You can take any minced meat. When it cools down, add finely grated cheese and green onions.
I mix the egg with kefir. In a suitable baking dish I put two sheets of pita bread on the bottom, then half the filling. Then I tear off pieces from the lavash, dip them into the kefir mixture and put them on the filling.
Distribute the remaining filling on top and cover with the edges of the pita bread. I pour abundantly with kefir filling. I spread a few slices of butter on top.
I put the dish in an oven preheated to 220˚C for 20 minutes. And you can serve!
