Recipe Strudel with frozen cherries and cinnamon

INGREDIENTS:

2 cups flour
eggs 3 pcs.
butter (not melt) 50 g
water 50 ml
2 tablespoons sugar
bread crumbs 2 tablespoons
vanilla sugar 1 sachet
½ teaspoon salt
powdered sugar
Powdered cinnamon
For filling:
500 g frozen cherry
3 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons flour

PREPARATION:

1. Frozen cherries hold at room temperature to thaw.
2. Two chicken eggs with sugar and salt, vanillin, add water, stir to dissolve sugar, add soft butter and mix. Oil will float on top of cereal.
3. Gradually pour the pre-sifted flour, the dough should get tight.
4. Cover a lot of cup and leave for 40 minutes for swelling of gluten.
5. The finished product roll out very thin, brush the surface with oil, put the cherry juice without a thin layer, sprinkle with sugar, flour, roll into a roll. It should not be tight. Pinch ends and tuck.
6. Cover the baking sheet with oiled paper, to transfer the rolls, brush with a little beaten egg, chop with a knife in several places.


7. Bake strudel for half an hour at a temperature of 210 degrees, reheat oven beforehand.
8. Put the finished cakes on the rack to cool, cover with a cloth.

When feeding roll cut, sprinkle with powdered sugar, ground cinnamon, breadcrumbs.

TIP:
Such as cakes can be cooked with pears and cheese, any other fruit or berries. Filling should be juicy.
